Labor Day

For Labor Day every year since well before I was born, my grandmothers(Omee) side of the family gets together in KY! We usually have a BIG breakfast at Emma Nell's house(Omee's sister)! It includes biscuits eggs....etc some of the not so usual ...squirrel.....cream corn.. it's really good! Well ok I haven't EVER had the squirrel but everything else is wonderful!!

This year was a little different! There are only two living siblings of Omee's left(out of 6) and including Omee the all are getting allstimers! And alot of people couldn't come this year! So we had lunch at my cousin Pam's house(Emma Nell's daughter)! We had Bar-B-Que, Hamburgers, hot dogs, and all the sides!!!

Below are a few pictures from the weekend! We always go up and spend the whole weekend, but we don't see most of the relatives til Monday! The first three pictures are land marks that we have made into kind of a "game" since I was little!! It made the time go faster!! We would see who could find them first!
