Today they learned about monkey's and snakes in the Jungle! They enjoyed acting like monkeys and making pretend snakes! They read and talked about the story of Adam and Eve in the garden when the snake(the devil) came and tricked them by telling them not to obey God.

The Lake.....aka.....a BIG POOL!!!
This weekend we went to the lake with Woodson's college group! Thanks to the Mitchell's we had a wonderful cabin to stay in! Brent, Diane and I drove up Friday night with Eric and Rebecca to help get things ready! Saturday bright and early the rest of the group came up! We spent pretty much the whole day at the lake! Then on Sunday we went down to the dock and had church service and spent the rest of the morning on the lake! At lunch time everyone went back and had lunch and packed up to leave!
We want to thank the Elders and the Mitchell's! And a speacial thank you to Eric and Rebecca!

Mother's Day Out~ 2008 Olympics
Since the whole world is talking about the Olympics, Mrs. Mary Beth decided that as our theme this week in Mother's Day Out. We started with Amber(the helper) showing the kids how to stretch before exercising. Then they did many kid friendly games: bowling, throwing rings on cones, tug-a-war, tossing beach ball into hula-hoop, etc.
