Pools and Spriklers!

So today we were supposed to go to the Vanderbilt pool with Kelley and Hailey! However when we were getting ready I realized I had forgotten my bathing suit! So we just went and played at their house in the baby pool and sprinkler! Here are a few pictures!

Mother's Day Out~ The 3 Little Pigs

Today they read and acted out the story of "The Three Little Pigs." They liked blowing down the straw and stick houses, and coloring the "brick" house. They would go inside the brick house and yell as loud as they could so Mary Beth had to tell them that they couldn't go in anymore! So they colored the outside of the house! There is also a video of most of the kids singing I think "Jesus Loves Me" and then starting to sing something else!

College Group @ FGC

Tonight some of the "College Group from Woodson went to the Family Golf Center! We had lots of fun! First we ate dinner at Rudino's across the street! Then headed over and played a round of golf followed up by riding go-karts! Last some of us went and hit some balls at the batting cages!!

Notice Eric riding the go-kart! Yes he is wearing a brace because he's just had shoulder surgery!!

3 Year Anniversary!!

So Wednesday was Brent and I's 3 year Anniversary! We can't believe it! Friday night we went to Longhorn for dinner! After dinner we went and saw "The Dark Night"! It was so good! After that we went to the Cheesecake Factory and got two slices of cheesecake to go! Happy 3 Years to Us!!

Mother's Day Out~$$$$$$$

Today the children talked about money and the shape of coins. They sorted coins,
went shopping to buy toys at the "store", colored a ceramic piggy bank,
& fed money to the talking piggy bank. The Bible story for the day was
Luke 21 about the poor widow who gave all she had to Jesus.

Junp Zone!

So we went with Kelley and Hailey again today to the Jump Zone in Antioch! The girls had so much fun and you can really tell how big they're getting! They got to go down all kinds of slides and clime up "mountains"! There were also two "mazes" they went through! At one point Hailey yelled at Diane because she didn't "catch" her!! It was so cute! They would take turns at the bottom of the slide and put their hands out (never actually touching each other) and clap for one another! Oh and also before we left Diane was trying I think to tell Hailey or show her how to change a tire(like she watched her Daddy do the night before)!! She was very into explaining!

Cookout!!

After church the "college" group from Woodson went to a cookout at Lindsey's house! Most everyone was there! We ate hamburgers and hot dogs and had desserts including homemade ice cream! When it started getting dark we went inside and played battle of the sexes!

Childrens Discover House

Today we went to the Children's Discovery House with Kelley and Hailey! The girls had so much fun! They played at the train table, Diane shifted like Daddy in the firetruck, they dug in the rocks and also rowed in the boat! Then they played in the water and turned all the knobs! After that they went in the tree house and playhouse! They went through the caterpillar and rode on elephants and giraffes! There was also a big slide that they went down, that you have to go to the second floor to go down! The first time Diane went down she came out on her head! After going down the slide a few times we went upstairs and played grocery store! They took turns being little cashiers! Diane also loved to go in the train and push ALL the buttons! Before we left the girls went outside and played on the playground! The girls had so much fun! Hopefully we will be able to go back soon!!
